Nicholas A. Mastroianni II

Nick Mastroianni II is a visionary entrepreneur who played a pivotal role in founding the U.S. Immigration Fund, and its affiliated companies (USIF), one of the country’s most successful EB-5 Regional Center operators. Under Mr. Mastroianni’s leadership, USIF grew into one of the largest EB-5 regional center operators in the United States. From 2009 through 2022, USIF introduced 20+ projects totaling over $3 Billion in deployed EB-5 capital for real estate development creating thousands of American jobs.

Mr. Mastroianni is also the founder of Allied Capital and Development, a South Florida-­‐based real estate development company, founded in 2004. He has been recognized for his commitment to excellence in construction by the Association of Builders and Contractors (ABC) and was previously awarded the prestigious Excellence in Construction Award. Allied’s developments have received a multitude of awards over the years, including the prestigious title as Project of the Year at the 2015 Vision Awards Project Winner at Urban Land Institute’s Southeast U.S. and Caribbean Awards ceremony.

Pursuant to establishing a wildly successful EB-5 business, Nick went on to found Summit Ventures, alongside his two sons, Nicholas and Anthony. He brings over two decades of executive experience and more than 15 years of dedicated leadership within the EB-5 industry. In his dual role, he has been instrumental in building and evolving the company’s global brands and leading dynamic teams across the organizations.

Nicholas directs the company’s global marketing strategy, serving as both a thought leader and a strong advocate throughout the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act process. His ability to connect with stakeholders globally has helped solidify USIF’s international presence and influence. Nicholas has helped foster strategic partnerships that continually drive new opportunities and innovative projects across a growing global landscape— enabling USIF to become a trusted name in EB-5, collaborating with world-renowned developers, investor networks, and key legislative figures.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Nicholas is deeply committed to philanthropy and serves as the Executive Director of the Mastroianni Family Foundation. He is actively involved in a broad spectrum of community and philanthropic efforts, including meaningful support for Jupiter Medical Center. He also serves on the board of the Palm Beach Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and participates in numerous charitable organizations, with a strong focus on regional initiatives that make a tangible difference in the communities where he and his family reside. In 2015, Mastroianni III was named ‘Young Professional of the Year’ from South Florida’s Chamber of Commerce.
