08 Sep EB-5 Expands Exclusive Boca Raton Area of Florida
U.S. Immigration Fund, a South Florida based company specializing in the EB-5 Regional Center program, is raising significant funds for various projects in the South Florida market, with one of their most recent endeavors being the three-phase expansion of Via Mizner Golf and Country Club (VM FUND) located in Boca Raton, Florida.
Via Mizner Golf and Country Club is strategically located in one of South Florida’s most sought after locations, with accessibility to employment, fine dining, shopping, and waterfront activities.
The expansion of the country club will provide Boca Raton businesses and residents with luxurious amenities, high-end retail space, restaurant space, and will highlight a private 18-hole championship golf course. Upon completion, Via Mizner will include 350 rental apartments, a 118 key luxury hotel, and 100 VIP condos catering to the prestigious Boca Lifestyle, with amenity offerings mimicking those of a boutique hotel.
Since breaking ground on this project, there has been a total investment of $372 million, with U.S. Immigration Fund organizing for $144 million to be funded by EB-5 investors overseas.
The EB-5 program was established by Congress as a method for stimulating the economy, generating job creation, and promoting community development. The program allows foreign investors to obtain green cards by investing $500,000 in ‘targeted employment areas.’ The expansion of Via Mizner is slated to create 3,708 jobs for individuals in and around Boca Raton and have provided 141 visas to EB-5 investors.
“We are pleased with the opportunity to be able to foster foreign investor relationships to develop new infrastructure opportunities in our own backyard,” said Nick Mastroianni II, President and CEO of U.S. Immigration Fund. “This project will not only add value to our community, but will also benefit the families of investors abroad.”
