I-829 Petition Approvals and Repayment of Investment to U.S. Immigration Fund’s Via Mizner Investors

Another U.S. Immigration Fund project offering has received I-829 petition approvals resulting in repayment of full $500,000 EB-5 Investment to Investors

Jupiter, FL – February 20th, 2018 – U.S. Immigration Fund (“USIF”) is delighted to announce that United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) has begun issuing I-829 approvals to EB-5 investors who invested in U.S. Immigration Fund’s Via Mizner project in Boca Raton, resulting in investors being repaid their full $500,000 EB-5 investment in the Project.

The issuance of the I-829 petition approval is the final step of the EB-5 visa process for immigrant investors to become lawful permanent residents of the U.S. as it removes the conditional status on the green card. The I-829 petition includes evidence that the immigrant investor successfully met all requirements of the EB-5 Program, specifically that the full $500,000 investment was made and the required jobs were created. Permanent residency allows EB-5 investors, along with their spouse and unmarried children under 21 to live, work, and attend school anywhere in the United States.

“We want to congratulate our Via Mizner investors who receive their I-829 approvals and full repayment of their $500,000 EB-5 investment,” said Nick Mastroianni II, CEO and Chairman of USIF. “This is an exciting achievement for U.S. Immigration Fund and our investors. We look forward to helping many more investors and their families in the future”.

“Our EB-5 investors put their trust in U.S. Immigration Fund to help guide them through the EB-5 process and we are proud to announce this milestone for another one of our EB-5 projects,” added Nicholas Mastroianni III, President of USIF.

The investors who received full repayment of their EB-5 investments helped finance Via Mizner. Via Mizner is a mixed-use development located in the heart of Boca Raton, one of South Florida’s most revered and sought-after addresses. Via Mizner is centrally located near employment, entertainment, and waterfront activities. Steps away from the Boca Raton Resort, a Waldorf Astoria property, the development offers unparalleled beauty, luxury and class to the guests and residents of its hotel suites, condominiums, apartments, restaurants and boutiques. Via Mizner also includes the renovation, redesign and construction of an 18-hole golf course being completed by Jack Nicklaus.
