Another U.S. Immigration Fund EB-5 investment project offering, The West Hollywood Marriott Edition Hotel and Residences, has received an I-924 project exemplar approval from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services

Jupiter, FL – February 19th, 2018 – U.S. Immigration Fund (“USIF”) is pleased to announce that the I-924 project exemplar application for The West Hollywood Marriott Edition Hotel and Residences was approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) on February 14th,  2018. To date U.S. Immigration Fund has a 100% I-924 approval success rate.

The $75 million EB-5 loan is helping to finance the construction of The West Hollywood Marriott Edition Hotel and Residences, located on Sunset Boulevard and is steps away from Beverly Hills, offering panoramic views of the Los Angeles skyline. Conceived by Ian Schrager and designed by renowned architect John Pawson, this project with 190 guestrooms and 20 exclusive residences is the west coast flag-ship of the Marriot Edition brand and is destined to become an iconic destination upon completion in 2018.

“We want to congratulate all of the investors who are helping to finance the West Hollywood Edition project with U.S. Immigration Fund,” said Nicholas Mastroianni III, President of USIF.

The West Hollywood Edition will consist of two connected towers including the 13 story Sunset Building and the 9 story Harratt Building. The Sunset Tower will include the lobby, signature restaurant, meeting space, eight floors of hotel rooms, 17 condominium residences, and rooftop pool and bar. The south facing Harratt Street Tower will house the spa, fitness center, hotel rooms with terraces, 3 condominium residences and private resident rooftop pool. The project is currently under construction and creating numerous jobs for the Southern California community.

The USCIS project approval on the West Hollywood Edition project is another significant milestone for U.S. Immigration Fund, who has never had an adjudicated EB-5 project denial. U.S. Immigration Fund has brought 24 projects to market which will contribute $15 billion to the United States economy including $3 billion of EB-5 financing from 6,000 investors.  It is anticipated that over 80,000 jobs will be created ultimately providing 18,000 investors and their immediate family members the opportunity to receive their permanent U.S. green cards.
