The Florida Regional Center has finished an extended tour of Mainland China, speaking about the EB-5 Program at numerous seminars and private meetings across the country.
After speaking at 30 Seminars, 53 private meetings, and 25 EB-5 Visa agent training sessions, the Florida Regional Center has cemented it’s EB-5 roots in Mainland China. This recent seven-week tour of China allowed the team to speak about the many benefits of the EB-5 program and why it is the easiest and fastest way to obtain a U.S. Green Card.
The EB-5 Visa Program allows foreign investors to obtain their USA Green Card by investing $500,000 to $1,000,000 USD into a United States business project that will create at least 10 American jobs with that single investment.
The EB-5 Visa Program is one of the most flexible immigration programs in the world, allowing foreigners to gain permanent United States residency for themselves, their spouse, and any children under the age of 21, through their EB-5 investment.

Nicholas was able to secure $______ million USD for funding the EB-5 project Harbourside Place. This came from the signing of ___#___ investors, who are looking to begin their American life with these investments that are intended to create American jobs.
Currently under construction, Harbourside Place is a mixed use, ten-acre development, which will house luxury stops and restaurants, a four star hotel, a public and private marina, and a new amphitheater. Using $80 million USD in EB-5 funding, for the $144 million USD project cost, Harbourside Place is projected to create 2,400 jobs by 2015. The project is slated for completion December 2013.
