02 Apr Florida Regional Center Obtains Four EB5 Visas
April 2, 2012
(Palm Beach Gardens, FL) – Florida Regional Center, a leading government-approved EB-5 Regional Center in South Florida, is pleased to announce four investors of its Jupiter-based community development project were recently granted EB-5 Visas. Florida Regional Center worked with each investor to obtain specific investment documentation and certifications necessary to ensure government approval of the Visas.
Florida Regional Center is working with EB-5 investors to create Harbourside Place, an intracoastal community development project that will feature an entertainment plaza and outdoor theater, retail space, restaurants and eateries, office suites, hotel accommodations and marina slips. The project is expected to create a substantial economic stimulus for the area and create over 2,400 jobs over the following three years. The Town of Jupiter is an avid supporter of the project, alongside the state’s CFO, Alex Sink, the State’s local Congressional Representatives, the Town Council and Palm Beach County.
As an EB-5 investment project, Harbourside Place will create 50% more jobs than the 1,600 required by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
The dedicated team at Florida Regional Center worked with investors, planners and government regulators to obtain investments that would ensure the success of Harbourside Place. Furthermore, the successful projections of Harborside Place lead to the recent approval of EB-5 Visas for investors and their families. As Visa approval is slowing with the rise in popularity of, and submissions to, the EB-5 program, Florida Regional Center ensures applicant success through the following factors:
- Creating a secure and realistic business plan
- Presenting a conservative job creation analysis
- Proof of financial stability
- On-time construction
- Using knowledgeable and experienced immigration attorneys
“The Harbourside project is the only EB-5 Project to receive first-round I-526 approvals since the USCIS Policy Memorandum revisions,” explains Nicholas Mastroianni III, Director of International Operations at Florida Regional Center. “We are proud to present our investors with sound projects that will undoubtedly reap returns as well as high success rates in receiving EB-5 Visas.”
Mastroianni adds, “As Harbourside continues toward completion, Florida Regional Center looks forward to working with the Town of Jupiter on other projects that will enhance the community through investment, growth and success.”
