Florida Regional Center Executives Return From Successful Trip to China

March 13, 2012

Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Florida Regional Center executives and representatives have just returned from another successful trip to Mainland China to meet with potential EB-5 Investors.  The team met with over 500 individuals and their families to discuss the potential opportunity to invest in the EB-5 Visa Program.

The EB-5 program allows foreigners to invest in United States, USCIS Approved, projects that stimulate the U.S. economy. EB-5 participants will make an investment of $500,000 to $1,000,000 USD into a U.S. project that will create at least 10 jobs for U.S. citizens from the said investment. In return, the investor will receive a return on their investment, as well as a conditional United States Green Card. This can be obtained for yourself, your spouse, and any unmarried children up to 21 years of age. More information on the EB-5 visa can be found on www.flregionalcenter.com.

The EB-5 investor meetings highlighted the details of the Harbourside Place Project in Jupiter, Florida, which is currently being funded by EB-5 investments. The development is currently under construction and is set on the East Coast of Florida by the Atlantic Ocean. The facility will feature an entertainment plaza and outdoor amphitheatre, retail space, restaurants and eateries, office sites, hotel accommodations and marina slips. Harbourside Place is projected to create more than 2,400 jobs over the next three years and will provide exceptional economic stimulus for the region.

The highlight of the trip took place in Shanghai, China, where the Florida Regional Center showcased at the Investment in America 2012 Summit and Exhibition.   Showcasing their EB-5 projects, the team of Florida Regional Center EB-5 experts and staff helped to educate future investors on the benefits and nuances of this U.S. Visa Program.  While this event displayed many investment opportunities for foreign investors in American projects, it ultimately allowed the Florida Regional Center to showcase why it is a step ahead of the competition in bringing financially sound and prestigious projects to market.  Florida Regional Center, Director of International Operations, Nicholas Mastroianni III, stated “It was good to see a strong turn out for the event and ultimately shows the United States Government that there is a strong demand for the EB-5 Program.“
