With the continual growth in the population of Mainland China, the demand and prices of real estate of the emergent country has conversely risen. This has resulted in residents of China to look for opportunities to purchase property outside of their country of residence. These, often wealthy, individuals have begun to immigrate to the United States in hopes of pursuing their American Dream and increasing their family’s status and security.
Owning a home has been part of the American Dream for decades now, with % of Americans owning their own home and property in the United States.
