11 Mar VM Fund Investor Group Visits South Florida
On a warm, sunny March afternoon in Florida, a group of investors flew into Orlando, Florida for a long weekend of exploration and entertainment. U.S Immigration Fund hosted the men and women for a tour of Florida highlights such as Disney, the Orlando outlet mall and more, while also giving them the opportunity to see where their investment dollars were going: a luxury golf and country club located in Boca Raton, Florida.
After a day of theme parks and shopping in Orlando, the investors then travelled three hours south, to the world headquarters of US Immigration Fund and Florida Regional Center.
The group met with representatives and executives from US Immigration Fund and Florida Regional Center, as well as some of the project developers, from Penn-Florida. Upon meeting the developer, investors were shown outlines, plans and
projections for Via Mizner Golf & Country Club. Investors had the opportunity to ask questions, and have them answered by professionals in every aspect of the business, from economic development to construction to design. Penn-Florida also hosted a welcome reception, complete with appetizers, spirits and entertainment.
The group ventured further south into Miami, as well, taking advantage of the incredible winter weather and visiting Everglades National Park. After seeing the park’s alligators, the group opted for South Beach and sunsets, with a sunset cruise around Miami Harbor.
Overall, the investor visit was a success. It was both fun and informative, and provided everyone with confidence and excitement about the upcoming success of Via Mizner Golf & Country Club.
